To get started, be kind to yourself! Then set healthy boundaries, care for your well-being, and make time for what you love.


Being kind to yourself means speaking to and of yourself lovingly. Stop magnifying the negative. Start focusing on the positive.

When is the last time you put yourself first? When was the last time you did what makes you happy? Those are questions I want you to ask yourself.


How do you spend your free time? Are you engaging in negative talk?

Throughout the day, it's essential to consider what you say (even while singing or rapping) and what you read and listen to. It's worth reflecting on whether you tend to focus on the negatives and gossip with your co-workers.
