Well, let's say I am not there yet! I have been eating my emotions, and I wondered what energy was throwing me off track. I have to really get back into paying close attention to what I put in my body. I have been eating plenty of fried food and unnecessary dairy.


My skin, digestive system, and mood is reacting to all this dairy and processed food. I can admit it, and I have been just all off track. I am ready to get back on track, and I will do a cleanse and remove all toxins. I will release the toxins through sweat. I plan on sitting in the Sauna daily this week to really get a good sweat. The Tea will help cleanse my digestive tract, and I will start taking my probiotics.


Side note: I love my exfoliating scrub. Honey, Sugar, Epson Salt, Coconut Oil, and Lemon Juice. I exfoliate more than most because of my skin type. I love the DIY scrubs you can make that directly target the problem areas your skin has. The kitchen has some of the best products for skin care.
