I am excited to embark on this journey and take on a new me! I started the #SpringingintoaFierceNewYou to help woman reach their Fierce & Fabulous potential. Often, we take on all these goals at the beginning of the year, and then life happens. This program will help you balance your everyday life and your mental health while reaching your goals. This is just the beginning of my coaching program; this I decided to share publicly because I want all women to walk this journey!
I decided to go plant-based because I have been stressing, and my eczema is really flaring up. Many times when I remove the dairy out of my diet, my skin clears without medication. We truly are what we eat, lol. Now that I am over the 35 hump, I really want to be aware of what I eat.
It is important to be realistic when writing down your goals and coming up with a plan that fits your day-to-day life. Certain things you just can not change, like going to work between 8-5, picking up the kids, helping kids get ready for bed, preparing dinner, but you can be mindful of how you spend your spare time and plan. It is best to grab a calendar and look at your day hour by hour.

This is what I want to add to March 1st and this is working towards the overall goals that I want to accomplish over the next 21 days.
Now I get my calendar and plan realistically when can I do these things. I work 10 hour days and have a 3-year-old boy. It is all about planning!
