MEAL PLAN

BREAKFAST- SMOOTHIE

  • 1 BANANA

  • 1 TABLESPOON OF PEANUT BUTTER

  • 2 SCOOPS OF CHIA SEEDS

  • ALMOND MILK

  • MIXED FRUIT

  • 1/2 CUP OF SPINACH/KALE MIX

LUNCH

  • SAUTEED MUSHROOMS, BROCCOLI, AND ONIONS

  • ½ GRAPEFRUIT

SNACK

  • DETOX TEA

  • ALMONDS

  • GRAPES


DINNER

  • SAUTEED ZUCCHINI & ONIONS

  • ½ GRAPEFRUIT
