2 SCOOPS OF CHIA SEEDS
ALMOND MILK
MIXED FRUIT
1/2 CUP OF SPINACH/KALE MIX
LUNCH
SAUTEED MUSHROOMS, BROCCOLI, AND ONIONS
½ GRAPEFRUIT
SNACK
DETOX TEA
ALMONDS
GRAPES
DINNER
SAUTEED ZUCCHINI & ONIONS
½ GRAPEFRUIT
